This 100,000 square foot integrated, training facility is located on the 23 acre Impact Training Academy site. Performance Gaines at Impact Academy has been a concept in the developmental phase for the last year.

The sports arenas will not only provide a place for practice and training for Performance Gaines and Impact Basketball, but also an arena and facilities for a multitude of other events. The facilities include: an indoor basketball arena, big league park baseball batting cages, cross fit Navy Seals training, performance training center and full service commercial kitchen.

The Performance Gaines facility comes fully equipped with a unique line of ground based cable machines, numerous free weight stations, a unique indoor field turf dedicated to speed, agility and power training, and a complete line of high performance equipment.
