Performance Gaines NBA Veteran and Pre-Draft programs incorporate High Performance Training, On-Court Skill Training, Body Compensation and Nutritional Training, to give every athlete the edge they need on the court. Training includes one workout session per day Monday through Friday, one weekly one hour massage and one weekly nutritional and body composition meeting.
- Intense, on-court drill work, and skill development specific for each player.
- Workouts are set-up in both individual and position specific groups with no more than 6 per group.
- All workouts will be designed specifically to address perceived player deficiencies. This assessment will be made from the previous season’s performance and the present goals of the athlete to ensure that each player returns to training camp a much improved player.
- Court workouts with the option of a second skill session for special needs of specific players.
- Half Hour Soft Tissue Massage is included with training one time per week.
- Nutritional education–including weekly individual consultations and on-site meal service.
- Basic pre- and post-workout supplementation for optimal muscle recovery and assistance with individualized weight gain or loss goals.
- Pre and Post Physical Evaluation will be given to identify your strengths, weaknesses and individualize your program
- Housing is located within walking distance of the facility.
- Performance Therapy and Chiropractic services are available through insurance.
Daily competitive play allows the athletes to implement and develop newly acquired and improved skills and use them in a competitive environment. It is critical that each player has the opportunity to display improved skills in competitive situations as well as to continually re-assess skills and game-speed performance.

7:30-8:30- breakfast
8:30-11:00- on-court skill training
11:00-12:00- lunch
12:00-1:30- performance training
1:30-2:00- recovery shake and regeneration
2:00-2:30- on-court individual skill work
2:30-4:00- on-court skill development
4:00-5:00- massage
